Credit Profile Authorization

As part of your application for a loan with Fraternitas LLC and Lomsy, we request your authorization to pull your credit report that means that you authorize Fraternitas, LLC (Fraternitas) and Experian Credit (Experian) to each obtain consumer reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion and Equifax.

You authorize Fraternitas and Experian to obtain consumer reports each time you request a loan, during the processing or closing of a loan to you, and at times during the term of your loan in connection with the servicing, monitoring, collection or enforcement of the loan or the resale or potential resale of any Note associated with the loan.

You understand that by investigating rates and reviewing potential loans those actions on this website will result in a “soft credit inquiry” which is only visible to you. When you actually receive a loan through Fraternitas, a “hard inquiry” that may affect your credit score will appear on my credit report. Further reporting will be made to credit reporting agencies during the application process and during the term of the loan to confirm you continue to meet credit criteria and to prevent potential fraudulent activities.
